Set out the strategy,

Make sure the developers have everything they need,

They deal with all the meetings

JOBS:

1. Schedule and chair meetings and documenting them

2. Analyse the developers making sure they are working optimally

3. Make sure the developers have everything they need

Software Architect/Analyst

JOBS:

1. Get and analyse all the software requirements

2. To oversee the: design, programming and testing and deployment of the program

3. To recommend appropriate tools, technologies and processes for the development of scalable and software solutions

4. Setting out guidelines and best practices

5. Helping out the junior staff

6. Provide the technical leadership when talking to the project manager and business Analysts

7. Figuring out how to get solutions to customer feedback

8. Creating the software documentation

9. Testing parts of the codes ensure its quality

Developer

1. In teams of 1 to 7

2. Develop all the features laid out in the sprint

3. Tell the technical lead and project manager on the progress in stand-up meetings

4. Try hard

UX/Designer

1. Turn the project into a visual thing

2. Work with the project managers creating an UI

3. Support the devs

QA/Tester

1. Understand the requirements

2. Ensure the features built by the devs meet those requirements

3. Meet with the devs to figure out a way to test it (QA process)
